Gujarat government will recruit 10 thousand teachers within the coming days. to enhance the standard of education, an outsized number of recruitments are going to be made on the posts of teachers in Gujarat. The state education minister Bhupinder Singh Chudasama has given information about the recruitment of teachers. The Education Minister has informed about this recruitment by participating within the discussion on budgetary demands within the Gujarat legislature.

Education Minister Bhupendra Singh Chudasama said, "The government will recruit 385 teachers in schools aside from Gujarati medium and 1,300 primary teachers for classes 1 to five. At an equivalent time, 2,000 teachers are going to be recruited for classes 6 to eight and 215 teachers are going to be recruited in schools aside from Gujarati medium.”

He said that 3,900 teachers are going to be recruited in primary schools. The Education Minister further said that 7,010 teachers are going to be recruited within the schools funded, which can include 1,200 principals and 5,710 teacher assistants. Also, 927 teacher assistants are going to be recruited in colleges for education.

Withdrawing money from bank accounts and ATMs is common.  Most of the people of the country have got an account opened in some bank.  The bank offers many services on its behalf for free, but the bank charges you for many types of services.  Many times it happens that while doing ATM Banking, we forget to take care of the balance that there is insufficient balance in our account.

With an example, let's understand that we have 3000 rupees in our account and we put an amount of 3500 rupees while withdrawing from the ATM.  In such a situation, the transaction fails, but it also has its disadvantage in us.  If there is not enough balance, the bank charges you if the transaction is done through the ATM and the transaction fails.

This charge can be up to 20-25 rupees per transaction.

This rule of ATM transaction has come into effect from December 2020.  You will have to pay fine if your transaction fails at the ATM due to reduced deposit in the bank account.  Therefore, by withdrawing money, definitely check the balance of your account.  Different banks charge different charges on this.  Let's know, how much charge has to be paid from different banks.

How much does SBI customers have to pay?

The country's largest government bank SBI customer has to pay a penalty of 20 rupees in case of ATM Failed transaction due to insufficient balance.  Apart from this, a separate GST will be imposed on it.  HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank and ICICI Bank are recovering the fine on account of failure of transaction on low account balance.

How much is fine to pay in HDFC Bank?

Once the transaction fails, HDFC Bank customers have to pay 25 rupees.  At the ATMs of other banks of the world or at any merchant outlet outside India, Rs 25 fine is charged even if there is insufficient balance.

Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank and Yes Bank

Kotak Mahindra Bank charges 25 rupees for the ATM transaction failure.  At the same time, due to insufficient balance, Yes Bank charges 25 rupees every month.  Axis Bank's domestic ATM is charged an Rs 25 per transaction for ATM transactions if there is insufficient balance.

What to do to avoid fine?

If you do not remember how much money is in the account, then you must make a check before going to the ATM.  Most banks offer the facility of checking account balance through SMS and calls.  You can use this facility.  You can also use UPI app or banking app of the concerned bank to check account balance.

Charge on checking balance in other bank's ATMs

You may also have to pay a charge on the balance check at another bank's ATM.  Most banks offer 5 to 8 transactions to customers of other banks for free.  These include non-financial transactions ie balance checks.  If you have used this facility, do not even make a balance check at the ATM of another bank.  After the fixed limit, SBI charges 8 rupees for non-financial ATM usage.  GST is also applied on this.

Introduction from the public name under the reference () dated 03/01/20% of the Education Department.  Recruitment rules for Assistant Education Inspector were to be published.  

According to the provisions of its recruitment rules, Frederick Cadre was considered as the Assistant Education Inspector and accordingly, the primary teachers were entitled to the first ૨ chartar pay scale) i.e. after the salary standard of ltgfish education inspectors.  

As there was no promotion cadre, they were entitled to second and third salary as per the schedule prescribed by the Finance Department on 16th DR / 5/11, 69th No : Pagar - 105-9-7, A. (m), Under the reference (2) of Naina department, published on 17/01/2017. 

The allowance rules of the head teacher cadre were circulated.  Provision was made in the Uka Declaration to fulfill the prescribed qualifications for promotion on the post or to get higher salary standard, thus, the primary teachers will be given the date 03/04/2014 of public names ug૨va  Assistant Education Inspector  

And since there are two vacancies for promotion as Narar headmaster in the announcement dated 19/1/2016, the discrepancy related to their higher pay scale has been exacerbated and the position of the headmaster has been mentioned under reference (2) of this department dated 7/12/918.  

If they want to get the promotion, they have to decide to meet the first (higher pay scale).  

Subsequently, under the reference (2) of the Department of Food, the recruitment rules for the headmaster from the city name dated 7/09/2018, 216 para.  

Subsequently, the Meti Rules of the Madanish Kelavani Inspector, 216 થી were enacted in the name of Nahin under reference (3) dated 3191 2112 of this section.  According to the provisions of these rules, the head teacher cadre has been included instead of the primary teachers as the feeder cadre of the Assistant Education Inspector.  

Thus, there should be no room for direct promotion for primary teachers as well as promotion of head teachers.

Inconsistency regarding the higher pay scale for primary teachers to be prevalent (j situation. 

J. Consideration regarding removal of these discrepancies was made at the end of this section under reference

 In the recent budget, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaram announced that the amount of Rs 5 lakh deposited in banks is now safe.

This amount was increased from 1 lakh to 5 lakh.  This is called deposit insurance in common parlance, which applies to the amount deposited in a commercial bank. Currently, all commercial and cooperative banks are covered by insurance under the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Cooperation (DICGC) guidelines, as per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank. Primary cooperative societies are not placed in this category. Depending on the status and authority of the account holder, 13 different FDs can be created.  If the FD has insurance of Rs 5 lakh, the total sum insured can be up to Rs 65 lakh.

State government's decision to stop offline education in schools and colleges till April 10, postpone college exams

Decision to close off-line education until April 10

College examinations starting from tomorrow will be postponed

The state government today took one more decision to curb the rising corona infection in the state.  The government has decided to stop offline education in schools and colleges.  As a result, offline education in schools and colleges will be closed till April 10.  Thus now all standard students will be taught online.  The decision was taken at a meeting of the core committee. આ પણ વાંચો : I-khedut સહાયકારી યોજના. ખેડૂતો માટે ઉપયોગી

In addition, college and university examinations starting tomorrow have also been postponed till April 10.

Discussions to prevent the transition to Corona were held at a cabinet meeting on Wednesday.  The closure of schools and colleges, which started a month ago, was discussed.

Offline learning began in January and Feb.

At present, examinations for students of Std. 3 to 8 are going on, but most of the children are taking the exams at home instead of coming to school.  Even parents are afraid to send their children to school because of the situation;  The board exams are starting from May 4, so some rules have been made by the education department to keep the students away from the transition to corona.

If at the time of board examination of standard 10 and 12, if any student finds fever, cold, cough and temperature high, that student will be kept in a separate room, so that there is no danger of transition in any other student.  However, in view of the current situation, some new rules may be implemented by the Board of Education at the time of examination.

Night curfew will be in force in 4 metros till March 31

On March 15, the night curfew imposed in four metros of the state - Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot and Vadodara - expired.  Following which a decision on night curfew was taken at a meeting of the government's core committee based on Corona's condition.  In which a night curfew was decided from 10 pm to 6 am.  This system of night curfew will be in force till March 31, 2021. The state government had decided to maintain the previous system of night curfew in these four metros till Tuesday, March 16, i.e. from 12 pm to 6 am.
